Our Story
Grand View Heritage Farms began with two young bakers, a shared love of honest food, and a belief that great baking starts with great ingredients.​​

​​We are a teen-run cottage bakery rooted right here in Bastrop, Texas, focused on crafting baked goods that feel warm, wholesome, and connected to the land.

What started as a small home bakery is growing thoughtfully and responsibly, with the long-term goal of becoming a commercial bakery and café that serves and supports our local community.

​What truly sets our baking apart is the farm itself. Every baked good begins with eggs from our own hens. They are organically fed, free-range, and raised using regenerative practices right here on our farm. That connection between land, animals, and kitchen is at the heart of everything we do.​​
What We Bake
Tin cakes, bundt cakes, brownies, cookies, whoopie pies, custom cakes, focaccia bread, cinnamon rolls, and danishes — all made in small batches to feel familiar, comforting, and genuinely homemade.
